The living and dining areas are open to a sleek kitchen with a pass-through to the large family room (with a fireplace and large flat screen TV). But there’s more: a fenced backyard and patio with a barbecue and outdoor dining table, and a small front porch that’s perfect for sipping your morning coffee—or gazing at the city lights and the boats on the Bay at night.There are two bedrooms downstairs (one with a Queen and one with Twins) and a full bath with shower. The Master (with a peak of the ocean and a King bed) and another guest room with Twin beds upstairs share a bath with a tub and separate shower. All bathrooms have heated floors.You’re just a ten minute walk to Caledonia Park and downtown Pacific Grove, “America’s Last Hometown:” restaurants, cafes, boutiques, galleries, a museum, a library, movie theater and a weekly Farmer’s Market. The Pacific Grove Golf Links are practically in your backyard, the Butterfly Sanctuary is less than a mile away, and you can drive to Asilomar Beach, the Monterey Aquarium, Carmel, or Pebble Beach in minutes.
