The 2 bedrooms/2 bathroom condo is located on world’s famous Crescent Beach on Siesta Key — recognized internationally for its fine powdery white sand — cool to walk on even on the hottest day in the Summer! Crescent Beach on Siesta Key is rated #1 in the USA.This Condo has a good view of the beach from the open balcony. The condo’s open plan offers a lot of room with fully equipped kitchen with everything preparing a gourmet dinner or order in pizza. The dining room seats comfortably 8 people. The bathrooms are remodeled. The master bedroom has a king size bed and the guest room has 2 queen size beds. There is a sleeper sofa in the living room so that 7 people can sleep in the unit. There is a free Wi-Fi in the unit and there are Smart TVs in all the rooms allowing you to watch your favorite movies on Netflix and Hulu. Other amenities are an assigned parking space, a heated pool, tiki hut, grill, private beach, and laundry facilities on each floor.Use the lounge chairs provided either under the tiki huts or in the sun or take your own chair out to the gulf water with your favorite beverage and enjoy the day in the sun watching the dolphins, shell hunting, walking, or just relaxing. Or enjoy any type of water activity there is (boating, snorkeling, fishing, parasailing, jet skis, kayaks, etc).
