Our cozy studio offers a peaceful base for your fun, adventurous vacation. Just 10 blocks from the beach & a short 2.5 blocks from the famous Duval Street, our location provides easy access to the best of Key West. Whether you’re returning from a day of sun & sand, a boat excursion, or a leisurely stroll down Duval Street, our studio is the perfect Old Town Key West stay! Our vacation rental is named after one of our dear and talented friends, James Ferrara of J Ferrara Gallery. Based in South Florida, James specializes in underwater photography. You will find several of his pieces throughout the room! Whether you seek relaxation, adventure, or a mix of both, J Ferrara #9 provides the perfect base for your Key West getaway.Please be aware of the following essential policies for your stay at J Ferrara #9:Age and Occupancy Requirements: Booking tenant must be 25 years of age or older and must occupy the property for the entire duration of the booking.
