Description

This condo is clean and fresh with new flooring, kitchen and bedroom furniture. It has everything to offer including the comforts of home and free secure FIOS Wi-Fi. It is spacious, newly decorated and upgraded. Kitchen and living room recently remodeled includes a queen size sleeper sofa, flat screen TV and DVD. The slider doors open up to a spacious brick patio with lounge chairs and overlooks a beautifully landscaped esplanade. There are three heated pools on the property to choose from, as well as shuffleboard and two BBQ areas; one beachside and one at the community patio. A couple minutes walk and you are at our 300′ of private beach with plenty of chairs and chaise lounges. Walking the beach is a breath of fresh air and public tennis courts are a short walk, as well as the new concession at Siesta Key Public Beach. Local grocery stores, as well as restaurants and shops on the Key are also a short ride using the “Key” “Free Rides”, where a tip is all that is required. Other points of interest are: Selby Gardens, Mote Marine and The Ringling Brothers Museum of Art. There is also a computer in the community room if you need to do any printing. Please check the “Property Layout” on our website to view location of our condo at Jamaica Royale. This unit has a 7 night minimum Saturday to Saturday rental policy, but can be booked for less to fill gaps. We will do our best to accommodate any request.
