Description

Jamaica Royale Unit 63 has been completely remodeled including new appliances, new furniture, and flat screen televisions. This condo is a 1 bedroom, 1 1/2 bath unit with washer and dryer in unit is located in the beautiful tropical garden area, located midpoint on the property and is also close to one of our three freshwater heated pools. Feel free to use shuffleboard and either BBQ; beach side or community patio. Enjoy beautiful sunsets beach side. Shopping, golf and arts are all just a short drive. Siesta Village has a number of shops and restaurants for your enjoyment as well as the Crescent Beach Shops. This unit has a 7 night minimum Saturday to Saturday rental policy, but can be booked for less to fill gaps. We will do our best to accommodate any request.
