Description

Gulf views from the living room, dining room, kitchen and master bedroom. Private, secure Wi-Fi Internet connection, FIOS televisions, and landline phone provided. The condo has a large open balcony area. This large open balcony is rare for the area, most are screened in and small. The balcony has two areas for sunbathing and a large area with glass sliders for cool days or nights. You can enjoy the sun and views on the balcony outside your bedroom or off of the dining room. There is an outdoor dining table to enjoy your morning coffee or a have a romantic dinner while watching the sunset. Sit on the large balcony and enjoy the views and listen to the waves. The kitchen is fully equipped and has bar area seating for two. It is open to the dining room with seating for six. The living room has a sleeper sectional and two swivel chairs with ottomans and large flat screen TV. The spacious master en suite has a king size bed, flat screen TV, and desk. The master bathroom has a walk-in tiled shower. The guest room has two full-size beds, TV, and large closet area. The guest bathroom has a tub/tiled shower combo. After having fun in the sun, swim in any of our three heated, fresh-water pools, cook up lunch or dinner at our barbeque area and play shuffleboard. We are just minutes from the tennis courts at the public beach (only 1/2 mile north from Jamaica Royale to Siesta Key public beach). Pool #3 is located just around the corner from the elevator! Our designated parking spot is conveniently located just steps to the elevator. There are beach toys, chairs, umbrellas, etc. for your convenience. Jamaica Royale also has lounge chairs located in the private beach area in front of our building exclusively for our JR guests. This unit has a 7 night minimum Saturday to Saturday rental policy, but can be booked for less to fill gaps. We will do our best to accommodate any request.
