This beautiful 2 bedroom 2 bathroom Tower II condo has all the comforts of home including all the comforts of home. It is fully stocked with everything you might need for the cook to the sun worshipper, to the person who just can’t get away from the Internet (free private, secured Wi-Fi). Siesta Key has a lot to offer: walking the beach, paddle boarding, sunset cruises, watching dolphins playing in the sea! Amazing sunsets will keep you coming back for more!!! Jamaica Royale has 3 freshwater pools to choose from, BBQ grills, and shuffleboards courts. Come enjoy!!!! This two bedroom, two bath beach house is located steps from the beach and one of Jamaica Royale’s three pools. We have just completed a total renovation of the unit (finished Feb 2016), Combined with the balcony, total glass along the Gulf facing wall provide perhaps the best view available on the beach, Gulf and Sunsets. A 4 slider door opens from the kitchen/dining room that has been totally updated with wood cabinets, new appliances and granite countertops. The living room features comfortable seating to enjoy the views and also a new Visio 65 Inch 4K TV. The guest bath has a bathtub with custom tile and granite countertop on the vanity. The guest bedroom has 2 full beds. The master bedroom has a king bed and sliders that run the length of the bedroom. It is connected to the master bath that has an incredible walk in shower. The master has 2 sinks on the granite vanity beneath a full glass picture window that also provides the view of the beach and Gulf. This unit has a 7 night minimum Saturday to Saturday rental policy, but can be booked for less to fill gaps. We will do our best to accommodate any request.
