Description

Tastefully decorated tower unit on Siesta Key. Views of the #1 beach from your master bedroom and balcony. Make yourself at home in this very spacious condo. The kitchen has been modestly remodeled with granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances, and equipped with a washer/dryer, private/secured wireless Internet, TVs in all three rooms, and a spacious balcony. Jamaica Royale also has 2 BBQ’s on site. One located beach side next to Tower 1, and another by the shuffle board court. Siesta Beach tennis courts are a very short walk from Jamaica Royale, as well as the public beach. Beach towels are provided by the office on a first come first serve basis. We even have beach chairs to take to the water located at the seawall. Kindly bring the beach chairs back when finished. This unit has a 7 night minimum Saturday to Saturday rental policy, but can be booked for less to fill gaps. We will do our best to accommodate any request.
