We would prefer communication before accepting a rental.This is a beautiful ski in, ski out, luxury townhouse. 2,600 square foot endunit, southerly exposure. Grammy Jay trail (beginner trail) is just stepsfrom your door and the village chair is at the bottom waiting to bring you toall other lifts on the mountain.Stand out on the deck and watch skiers come over the Grammy JayBridge. Glance out the kitchen window and see the tram go to the top of themountain.This townhouse has 3 floors, 5 bedrooms, 4 full bathrooms. You enter thishome on the middle floor. As you enter the front door, you step into one of2 mudrooms with a beautiful slate floor. There are plenty of hooks and cubbies for allyour winter outerwear and shoes. You then proceed into the foyer where you will seethe open floor plan with hardwood floors. A large kitchen with granitecounters, fully applianced, and stocked with everything you could need tocook a basic breakfast to a gourmet meal. The kitchen flows into the diningarea, a table that seats 10 which looks out onto the Grammy Jay trail. Thefamily room is situated at the back of the home with a large wall of glassthat steps out onto the large deck. A beautiful gas fireplace is thecenterpiece of the family room with a large flat screen television above withsurround sound.There is a large deck off the family room with amazing views of the mountains in Canada.Also on this level is a queen bedroom that has a doorwith private access to the full bath on this level.The top floor has a king master suite. Ensuite bathroom includes: double sinks with beautiful granite countertop, heated floor and a custom shower with 2 shower heads and body sprays. There is a flat screen television. Also a sitting area in front of a set of windows makes a nice spot to relax when you want a little quiet time. The second bedroom on the top floor is a king with ensuite bathroom. Granite sink top and 5 foot shower. Flat screen television as well.The lower level has 2 bedrooms. One bedroom with twin beds with accessto the mudroom. The second bedroom has 1 twin bed and a set of twinbunks. The lower level also has a full bathroom with a tub shower unit, granite counter top double sinks, and a heated floor. Also another family room on this floor, agreat place for kids to hang out. Flat screen television with surround sound.There is a mudroom with plenty of hooks and cubbies for your ski gear anda boot dryer. Step out the mudroom door and you are right on the trail. Just pop your skis on and go!A washer and dryer are on this level as well.The townhouse comes equipped with all linens, pillows, towels andblankets. Plenty of games for your group in the lower level entertainmentcenter. There are sleds available as well as 4 pairs of snow shoes.This home can sleep a maximum of 11 people. There is WiFi throughout thehouse.Jay Peak receives more snow than any other resort on the east coast. Themountain has excellent beginner through expert trails, and the gladetrails are spectacular.On the resort, there are 3 new hotels, 6 restaurants, a skating rink,Clips and Reels (indoor climbing facility with an arcade and a movietheater), and a new multi million dollar, 63,000 sq ft indoor water park. Thewater park has multiple slides, double barrel flowrider, a lazy river and akiddie play area. This facility has the largest bar on the resort.For the non downhill skier, there is a Nordic Center located on the golfcourse for cross country skiing, snowshoeing and fat tire biking.For all, there is a beautiful spa located in the Tram House Lodge.Several shuttle buses can take you wherever you want to go on the resort,no need to worry about driving!Renter must 30+ years of age or over. Great home families to share.No smoking , pets or parties allowed.
