The newly renovated Jepsen Heritage Cottage, is located off State Rt. 54A at (formerly 42) 420 Crescent Beach Dr, at the northern end of the West branch of Keuka Lake about 1.5 miles from Branckport and 10 miles from Penn Yan. It is in a quiet family community with both seasonal cottages and year-round homes.Guests of the cottage will enjoy an unobstructed, picturesque view of the western branch of Keuka Lake from a 2012 rebuilt enclosed porch. This includes a view of Bluff Point and the eastern branch which is nearly 10 miles away. 2017 brought a rebuild of the entrance porch and bathroom areas.The cottage is situated on a level location from the 4 car parking area on the north, to the cottage, and then gently slopes to the water’s edge. There are two small steps to the north entrance and a 2 step entrance to a newly constructed outside deck, on the the west.The 55 – foot frontage is a fine-pebble beach which provides easyaccess to shallow water. This area is perfect for families who desire wading or swimming, or just relaxing with a good book.The water depth increases very gradually, from approximately 24″ at the end of the dock to 4′ deep at 130 feet from shore. The buoys mark the drop off to the deeper waters of the lake and are a favorite spot for fishermen from around the world.Inside the buoys is a no-wake zone, giving safe swimming and recreation for families.Previous guest’s comments after staying at the Jepsen Heritage.’The cottage is so cozy and well equipped!”It was just wonderful to wake up in the morning to the lovely view of the lake!”Thank you for a wonderful place to vacation.
