Outside Amenities: Charcoal Grill, Sundeck, Stationary dock over the water, boat (skiff) floating dock, Picnic Table and patio chairs. Must be 25 years of age or older to rent this property.Parking for 4. Approx. 3 blocks to the beach , No Smoking- No Pets AllowedThe Space:2 large and comfortable living areas, fully equipped kitchen with microwave, dishwasher, disposal, breakfast table and breakfast bar with bar stool seating. Dining room table, 3 TV’s, 2 DVD players and Wifi internet service. Outside amenities include sun deck, private floating dock & stationary dock with outdoor sink & picnic table. Washer & dryer downstairs. Street side front porch and side porch. Parking for 4, including covered parking area.Maximum two (2) automobiles per property. Permits will be issued if required. No more than 2 permits will be issued.
