Beautiful newly renovated home with large private pool and spa.Located in highly recommended area of Calabay Parc that is near major stores, and you can be to Walt Disney World in about 25 minutes, you can be to either coastline in about a hour and half, the Orlando airport is only about 30 minutes from home.Publix and nearby stores can be drove to in less than 5 minutes!Josh and Megan put so much love , care and time into making the home feel like you have walked into a gorgeous retreat!The upgraded and extended pool deck area has plenty of room for enjoying outdoors dining , rain or shine with all of your family.The covered lanai area has lighting and fan.The pool cage allows you to enjoy nighttime swimming with out worrying about bugs and pest.The home has an outside half bathroom at pool area for the convenience of not having to go into home once wet from the pool.The home is fully stocked with linens, bedding, towels, dishes, cookware, and so much more to make your holiday one you will not forget!Josh and Megans home can sleep 10 guests in beds and 2 additional guests on a sleeper sofa if needed.Pool and spa can be heated for an extra charge if you wish to have these heated.Free WiFi and smart tvs in living rooms and bedrooms.They have two separate living rooms so there is plenty of space for everyone.Drive way can hold two cars and any additional parking can be in front of home on curb.Local property manager is on call anytime for help with anything that might come up during your stay.Ring camera at front doorFor instant help if needed.
