This is the entire downstairs unit of our house, with its own private outdoor entrance.Laurel Park is the coolest neighborhood in Sarasota. Julia Place is walkable to the bay front and all of the best bars and restaurants in the city.Stroll around Laurel Park, with numerous historic buildings that radiate funky, artistic charm.
