Enjoy your meals in your screened-in porch or listen to the sounds of nature on your outdoor deck. For our fall/winter renters you will enjoy the cozy wood-burning fireplace too!The main floor features one bedroom with a queen bed with an en suite full bathroom. Fully stocked kitchen with island seating for four as well as two more on a small round. Quaint family room with TV as well as outdoor screened-in porch dining. Second floor has three bedrooms, two with queens and one with three twins, as well as a full bathroom too. Lovely upstairs seating space as well to unwind with your favorite book!All the amenities you would expect in a quality rental including internet, central A/C & heat, washer/dryer, gas grill, screened-in porch, wood-burning fireplace, outdoor deck, association pool, and so much more!**All Guests required to sign and return our Guest Occupancy Agreement.**Maximum three car parking.**Minimum age of 25 years old to rent.
