You can’t beat the views from the living and kitchen area and from the 6th floor you are at the perfect height in the building. Enjoy the awesome balcony for viewing the pier and fireworks!The condo offers three full bedrooms and three full bathrooms as well as an additional bunk area in a hall enclave. We are set up to sleep 8 to 10, if you include the sleeper sofa in the living area. We have stainless appliances and front-loading washer/dryer in the condo.
