A beautifully fully remodeled modern zen retreat home in Boulder. Just a few blocks from spectacular mountain trails. The home was redesigned by an interior designer and an artist. It is beautifully decorated with an open floor plan and lots of light. The large living room has floor to ceiling windows and french doors that open to the flagstone patio and zen garden with water feature, and brand new hot tub. The ultimate in indoor/outdoor living. With 4 bedrooms and 3 baths it comfortably sleeps 7. Large spacious remodeled kitchen, with solid surface countertops and high end stainless steel appliances. The kitchen was designed for entertaining and large family gatherings, with custom built maple breakfast nook with granite table. The beautiful dining room with skylight and french doors that open to the front patio.Boulder is voted the best town in the US to live in, known for being eco-friendly with excellent mountain biking and hiking trails in the foothills of the mountains with open space surrounding the town. Boulder has great shopping, excellent restaurants, a lively college town feel, no matter what time of year, it is an excellent location to visit. Our home is close to CU Campus and a short drive to the Boulder Pearl Street Mall. The home is a 40 minutes to great skiing at Eldora Ski Area. We’re a long time Boulder family and our home is truly a retreat for the soul. Occupants are limited to four unrelated or a family of seven.
