Our property has regularly scheduled pest control, however, we cannot guarantee that any such critters will not be visible in & around the property. Please try to keep the doors closed. Do not feed any wildlife as they are wild animals. No refunds will be provided if a local critter visits the property.-The house is on a well and septic system. Do not flush anything other than toilet paper or rinse anything but water down the drain or the system may back up and there will be a fee passed through to the guest.
