Great central location on the island of Maui. Our condo is on the ground floor and has a garden view which extends onto the manicured lawn and lush garden area where you can see the ocean. The pool is just steps away, but not too close to hear pool noise. There is a bbq area and plenty of open parking.Now using MICROFIBER BEACH TOWELS IN OUR CONDO – They are thinner than regular beach towels, but wick water from your body, resist sand buildup, dry faster and are lighter than a regular beach towels.The unit comfortably sleeps up to 4 guests. 2 in the King bed and 2 in the Queen Murphy bed located in the living area. Ask about our 2 bedroom condo at Maui Sunset A301 if you have a larger group (2 bedroom with Queen Murphy bed, sleeps up to 6 guests).This condo was renovated and updated in May 2016. New refrigerator with internal filtered water (2020). New stove (2021), New Dishwasher (2022). There is a washer and dryer in the unit if needed. The kitchen is fully stocked if you wish to cook or enjoy the BBQ area not far from the condo. There is air conditioning in the living area and bedroom, but we rarely use it with the trade wind breezes and ceiling fans.It is tough to find a condo that compares to our remodeled Maui Sunset B103, 1 bedroom, 2 bath unit. The grounds are beautifully kept and everything is easy to access from this ground floor unit.
