Located in Southbeach building, our condo is next to the oceanfront condo, and boasts a private patio accessible through sliders. Enjoy your coffee or book on patio or walk a few steps to the Oceanview Terrace and enjoy there!Seapointe Village features a beautiful, clean, private beach, one indoor pool, three outdoor pools, a kiddie pool and multiple hottubs throughout property. Two of these hottubs are steps from our condo! Our building features a gym.Enjoy countless amenities such as the kids playground, tennis and pickleball courts, basketball court and bocce. There are multiple grills throughout complex. Seapointe offers private swim and surf lessons and yoga, for a fee.Beach chair and umbrella rentals are available.There are two outdoor fire pits on property, an Oceanfront pit as well as a firepit by Center Court- which is great for S’mores!Cable TV in living room, master bedroom, and second bedroom. Free Internet/ Wi-Fi5 beach /pool badges are included with the rental.Seapointe Village is a gated community with 24 hour security.Within walking distance enjoy mini golf, ice cream, restaurants, a convenience store, liquor store, and beach bars. The Boardwalk is a five minute drive.Just ten minutes away is beautiful Cape May which boasts countless shops and amazing restaurants.One vehicle is permitted in the complex. Additional (free) street parking is located just outside the village.Absolutely no pets are permitted in the condo.Failure to comply will result in loss of security deposit AND immediate vacancy of unit without a refund. No Smoking or parties are permitted.No additional guest that are not listed on contract are permitted.Guest must agree to Seapointe Village Association Rules and Regulations.All rentals have a returnable $500 Security Deposit.Rentals are Saturday to Saturday In-Season: check-in 4pm, check-out 11am.Rental requirements: a signed contract and photo of Drivers License.
