Two additional bedrooms are located upstairs with a Jack and Jill bathroom in between. These bedrooms offer a queen size bed in one and two twin beds in the other. For your convenience there is a fourth bedroom located on the main floor offering an additional queen size bed. You will find the third full bathroom and laundry room on the main level as well. Need more space? This modern home has a third level we like to refer to as a bonus/kids room. This space offers games and a TV as well as two futons providing two additional sleeping accommodations for a total of 10. PLEASE NOTE, the bonus/kids space is not air conditioned.Lake Daze is positioned on a large corner lot and offers an expansive and luscious yard for you to enjoy. The backyard includes a parking pad, basketball hoop and small dog run.
