Our recently remodeled 5 bedroom, 2.5 bath single family home in the highly desired Gold Coast is just 3 short blocks to the beach with Ocean views from the upstairs sunroom. The property’s upgraded amenities include brand new state of the art appliances, new kitchens and bath, smart tv’s, stand alone outdoor shower and even a backyard sitting area with firepit which is extremely rare for Ocean City. This unit has a secondary kitchenette upstairs with a second living room and a total of 9 beds. Room for 2 families, and even three if configured correctly. Plenty of room for everyone to spread out and do their own thing. Off street parking for 2 cars and close to all tourist attractions. Beach passes, beach chairs, and a beach cart are included with each rental and 2 new Margaritaville cruiser bikes can be included for an additional fee. Fire up the grill out back, and work out with ocean views in the upstairs sunroom in the morning. This place has something for everyone!
