It is across the street from the Sonesta Beach Resort, the Van der Meer Tennis Center, and 27 holes of championship golf. It’s just a short walk to the Beachwalk community pool. Shipyard has two gated entrances providing quick access to everything on the island. Your booking includes the charge for one Shipyard Gate pass, one additional pass is available for a $25 fee, just ask at your time of booking.This one level, first floor open concept living/dining area is perfect for gathering and relaxing.
