Heaven on Earth. Our Beach famous for its sugar sand , historic landmarks, shops, restaurants, & that cozy beach feel you’ve been looking for! This gem is located on 27th Ave w/ access to walking/biking path & its own pathway to the beach! This property is on a corner. The one bedroom /one bath is concrete block with full kitchen & new central A/C system.bathroom (Just completely renovated) , we just added new Queen size sleeper Sofa and with Queen size bedroom set ,FOLD UP twin size bed comfortably sleeps five,Absolutely Amazing! Short walk to the beach, Don Cesar & Downtown. We strive to make sure each and every guest is as comfortable as possible and that you truly feel at home when you are here. We look forward to hosting you and sharing our Beach with you! You will Love Pass a Grille!!We allow pet,( NONE REFUNDABLE PET FEE OF $300 for under 20 LBS , AND $500 for bigger than 20 LBS PER PET/PER STAY. please send your pet’s picture! UPDATED VACCINATION PROOF PAPER WORK REQUIRED.
