With a newly remodeled kitchen, complete with a microwave and dishwasher, and an updated full bath upstairs, this 3 bedroom, 1.5 bath getaway is the perfect spot to stay in by the fireplace or walk down to the ocean to catch the gorgeous sunset. There is a lovely 3/4 covered and wrapped porch with a propane grill and chairs to lounge in for outdoor dining and a nice backyard to play lawn games and enjoy the sunshine.Located 7 miles from town and on the coast of one of Boothbay Harbor’s most iconic coastal points, Ocean Point provides a beautiful escape for those looking for the quintessential Maine experience. Houses are fairly close to each other as this is a Summer vacation spot. People are very friendly and welcoming. You are a quick walk to the rocky beach with amazing views. A short walk or drive to The Ocean Point Inn for dinner as well.Courtesy quiet hours start at 10 p.m. per local ordinance.Smoking is NOT permitted anywhere on the property.
