Newly renovated (Spring 2020). New Kitchen, Bathrooms, floors, and we added Air Conditioning. House has heating.Situated on a large lot, this modern chalet home is a tenth of amile from a sandy beach perfect for children. Beach is only a fourminute walk from the house. Clubhouse, bathrooms,small playground and showers are located at the beach.Close to Gunstock for winter skiing and tubing.
