This home is only a short distance to Bristol Beach and Falmouth Heights Beach. It is located on a quiet dead-end street with a sprawling lawn that extends to the banks of salt water Little Pond. Featuring six bedrooms and 2 full baths, this vacation home has everything you’ll need. From the moment you step inside the front door to reveal the open concept gourmet kitchen, dining room, and family room, you’ll know you’ve found your ultimate waterfront escape. The first floor also features a bedroom with a queen bed, another bedroom with two full beds and a full bathroom (tub and shower). The second floor is perfect for large groups as it holds four bedrooms: a water facing primary with a king bed, two rooms each with two twin beds, and a fourth room with a queen. There is also a centrally located full bath (tub and shower) on the second floor. The outdoor living space is designed for long summer nights watching the sun set over Little Pond. Relax on a large sectional sofa or 2 chairs on the deck or dine alfresco on the patio while allowing the master griller in your party to prepare a meal for you on the gas grill. And no night is complete without some delicious s’mores enjoyed while sitting around your private firepit overlooking Little Pond. This house comes equipped with an outdoor shower, lawn games, and driveway parking for 4 cars. BOOK NOW!
