Perfectly located just 6 houses up from the beach, this charming, beautifully decorated 3 bedroom, 2 bath home is just a 10 minute walk to the amusement park, restaurants and pier or to Ocean Park with it’s charm of yesteryear. 1st floor includes updated kitchen well stocked with many amenities, and a cozy porch for coffee in the morning or cocktails at night. 2 air conditioners downstairs, with ceiling fans to make it comfortable throughout. 2nd floor features 3 air-conditioned bedrooms — all freshly painted and newly carpeted. Whether you are looking for a romantic get-away or a fun family vacation, this is the spot for you! Within a short 5-mile drive, you’ll find Funtown/Splashtown, Aquaboggan, golf courses, bowling and movie theatres. Portland, LL Bean (Freeport), and the Kittery Outlets are within a half hour drive. Just bring your sheets & towels; we provide the rest! Amenities include beach chairs, boogie boards, sand toys, charcoal BBQ grill, etc. Clean and comfortable, the house has A/C in bedrooms, heat, fans, 3 flatscreen TVs, stereo, and games/puzzles/books for lots of family fun!! Enjoy a glass of wine or cup of coffee in the enclosed porch or on the fenced in private patio area. Wi-fi is also available. Washer/dryer, microwave, keurig coffee machine (and regular drip Mr. coffee maker). Plenty of pots, pans, glasses and dishes to meet all of your cooking/serving needs. And, of course a large lobster pot and tools!Weekly rentals only.
