Fully stocked kitchen, sleeps 6, beautiful golf ground view.*PET OWNERS: pets are allowed with a pet fee but must be pre-approved, please contact me for details.The Space:2 bedrooms, 2 baths, Comfortable and clean condo, 1 king bed, 2 single beds, 1 queen pullout sofa in the living room. washer/dryer in the condo. Wi-Fi and cable TV available. golf ground view from the balcony.*Pets are allowed with a pet fee. please don’t forget to mention if you’re bringing any pets with you.*Beach items are not included due to damage/loss of these items.*Towels are provided for showers only.Guest Access:The condo is rented in full. Guests have access to the entire place. Owners are not on the premises while guests are staying.*Access the pool with RED pool key only (there is $100 charge for lost/broken key).*NO mailbox for this location. In case of finding any evidence that pets were on the beds, blankets or furniture, the guests will be charged for additional cleaning fee.*NO mailbox for this location. Guest is responsible for any mail or packages delivery.*Only initial amount of toiletries, paper towel and toilet paper provided, guests should bring their own extras.*Bed sheets are provided (one set per bed)*Bath towels are included (one per guest, must not leave unit)*Bring your own beach towels (do not use bath towels)*condo is inspected prior to your arrival to make sure all is clean and working properly. please contact me immediately for any questions or concerns.Interaction with Guests:Please communicate through the website or app only.
