This villa offers over 2000 square feet of interior living space and is beautifully designed and furnished for island living. Each Luana private residence is in one of 3 garden enclaves featuring a private pool waterfall features hot tub and shared fire pit area. All homes offer a private entrance garage as well as private and secure owner storage. Each of the 18 buildings within Luana contains 4 separate residences – 2 Grounded (1st floor) and 2 Elevated (2nd floor.). All villas come fully furnished and equipped with everything that will truly make this feel like your home-away-from-home. Gourmet kitchens feature stainless steel appliances and everything you need to create the perfect meal for family and friends. Make memories on the spacious lanai with a fully equipped outdoor kitchen with ample space to entertain and dine. Each villa sleeps 8 comfortably with a king-size bed in each bedroom and a queen convertible sofa sleeper in the living room.
