Description
This is a gorgeous, modern take on the classic Old Nags Head style beach house, with ocean views throughout and from the many decks, including wrap around decks! Should you leave the house, the Asheville Street beach access is a short walk away.On the ground floor is a private pool, charcoal grill, enclosed outside shower, plenty of parking and a carport.The mid level has 3 bedrooms, one has double over double bunks, and one with a Queen bed, both of these bedrooms have deck access to the wraparound deck. In the hall are a stacked washer/dryer combo and a full hall bath with tub/shower combo. There is also a King master with access to the front deck, and an incredible tiled stall shower.The top level has an awesome great room with the kitchen open to the dining area and living room, which opens to a large front deck that wraps around. Off the Kitchen, on the north side of the home, is a huge Queen room with access to a deck overlooking the pool, and across the hall from full bath with another custom tiled stall shower.Above this level is the rec room, where you will literally be on top of the world! The loft has a double sleeper sofa and private deck with adirondack chairs to take in the views that will keep you coming back -the fresh air and unbeatable views of the ocean and the Memorial will truly be unforgettable!
