Ka’Eo Kai – Beautiful 2 Bedroom Condo On Kauai’s Tropical North Shore!Located in Princeville on Kauai’s beautiful North Shore, the tropical Ka’Eo Kai Resort is situated among lush green landscaping, overlooking the number 3 fairway of Makai Golf Club with ocean and mountain views. Only a 10 minute drive away from the famous Hanalei Bay or approximately 15 minutes from the the scenic Kilauea Lighthouse Point & Wildlife Refuge.This spacious 2B condo sleeps 6 guests and is approximately 2,000 sq. ft. Units have 1 King in the master bedroom, 1 Queen OR 2 Twin beds in the guest room, a Queen sleeper sofa in the living area and 2 full bathrooms. There is a full size, fully equipped kitchen, a separate dining area that seats 6 as well as a washer/dryer combo. Each unit has a large private furnished lanai.**Note: Air conditioning is not available however the unit does have ceilings fans in all rooms and jalousie windows that allow the cooling island trade winds to breeze through the unit.**Note: The State of Hawaii requires all Resorts to collect a Hawaii Transient Accommodation Tax (TAT) which is based on unit size. The front desk will collect this tax at check out. The rate for this 2 Bedroom unit is $15-17/day.** Note: The photos here are representative. All units are floating usage and actual units are assigned 24 hours before check in.
