Kamaole Sands #4-308 is a third floor one bedroom two bath unit with a lovely partial ocean view from the spacious lanai. This spacious unit provides split system air-conditioning in both the living room and the bedroom, as well as a fully-equipped kitchen, washer and dryer, a smart TV in the living room, and complimentary wifi. There is a king bed in the bedroom and a queen sofa bed in the living room. It is just a short walk to the beautiful pool area and the courtyard fountain. For outdoor enjoyment, Kamaole Sands #4-308 is supplied with beach chairs and beach towels. Kamaole Sands features four tennis courts (no fee) with a daily drop-in program, Spinshot tennis ball machine, and weekly free clinic by a USPTA Pro. Adult and junior tennis rackets are available to rent with complimentary balls. Kamaole Sands offers 2 pickleball courts; paddles are available for rent and quiet pickleballs are available at no charge. Complimentary parking in a private, well-lit and security patrolled parking lot. Electric Vehicle (EV) charging stations are available for a fee on a first come, first served basis.Wi-Fi available in most areas and a convenient cyber cafe is in the lobby. Activity area with ping pong, foosball, and other games for all ages — free lending library. Free Maui News daily newspaper available at the pool area.
