Kathie’s Beachfront Kottage | Beachfront Home!Kathie’s Beachfront Kottage is a spectacular, luxury home is near to town, but in the beautiful gated community of Beachside Village. Only about a 10-minute drive to town, nightlife, restaurants, yet secluded on the Beachfront. This very large home faces the Gulf of Mexico and has unobstructed views in both directions with a private beach walkover! Kathie’s Beachfront Kottage has 5 bedrooms and 4.5 bathrooms. The home is designed with two separate living areas which makes it perfect for two families sharing the home.This home has an open living/dining/kitchen floor plan on the main living level.The first living area features two large sofas and ample seating for up to 13 guests. The large dining table will seat 8-10 and seating at the kitchen island for the rest of the gang. The kitchen area is spacious and is outfitted with up-to-date everything. Anything you can think of to prepare all kinds of meals, snacks and beverages as you enjoy both inside and outside living. The kitchen has a dishwasher, oven, and large frig with an ice maker.The main level living area has a 60″” TV with a sidebar and mini frig. Walkout onto the enormous deck and enjoy the waves and the water view!The primary bedroom features a king bed, TV, en suite bath with a separate tub and shower. The 2nd primary bedroom also has a TV, deck access, with en suite bath that has a tub/shower combo. The third bedroom has a twin/twin bunk plus a twin/full bunk (room sleeps 5), bath with a full tub/shower combo. The fourth bedroom is a bedroom/office with a queen sleeper (on first floor of the home). The fifth bedroom has a queen bed, TV, ensuite bath with a separate jetted tub and step-in shower. The upper-level living room features a queen sleeper sofa, Large TV, sidebar and mini frig for easy access to cold drinks.BEACHSIDE VILLAGEBeachside Village is one of Galveston’s most popular and newer upscale neighborhoods, with picturesque, idyllic, colorful, coastal homes, all on stilts and all built with strict Victorian-style architecture. Carpooling is highly recommended. Vehicles should be parked in the driveway or designated parking space. At no time should any vehicle be parked on lawns, yards or dune. Overnight parking is not allowed at HOA Sales Office, and overflow parking is only permitted along the North side of Sea Butterfly, West of Grand Avenue. Beachside Village HOA does not allow parking for trailers, RVs, boats, etc.These provisions are strictly enforced by Ryson Vacation Rentals, and Beachside Village HOA charges fees for non-complianceElevator is available for adult guest use with an additional fee – helpful for those with limited mobility or to carry up luggage and groceries. Please contact Ryson prior to your arrival if interested in this amenity.Even if listed as a provided amenities, Ryson is unable to guarantee specific cable package, network or channels or cable and internet signal quality and cable may not be available on all TVs.All reservations require a completed Ryson Rental Agreement, and the agreement holder must be at least 25 years of age to rent this property and provide a valid ID at check-in. Check-in time is 4 pm and check-out time is at 10 am.EXTENDED STAYSMonthly rentals are considered in the off-season – Winter Texans, snowbirds, retirees, corporate stays, medical professionals, university students and plant workers are welcome. Extended stays or monthly rentals require a stay of 30+ nights, and these reservations are tax exempt. This is an immediate savings of 15%! Although most extended stay reservations are between the middle of November through February, extended stays may be considered anytime between Labor Day and Memorial Day.
