The downstairs living space is established as a second living room, with a large Smart TV & seating area. There is also a wet bar, as well as a foos-ball table for a post-beach competition.With new wood floors & upgrades throughout, you will not be disappointed. A fully equipped kitchen on the upper level, you will find everything you need, including a gas grill, to prepare a tropical feast.
