Beautiful Home on 1/2 acre Property with own private driveway. Large manicured Lawn faces Swimming Lagoon directly in front of Property. Year round sunsets can be enjoyed from the Deck and yard. Old style barbecue with picnic tables is located right next to the beach. Giant Ironwood trees give shaded relief from the warm beach just steps away.The Owners have had the property for 45 years; building this house 12 years ago.
