EVEN smart TV with Netflix, Hulu, Amazon, etc. BUT the ultimate feature is Carlsmith Beach Park right next door is the best for swimming and snorkeling. Almost always sea turtles. EZ access to ocean, protected reef. Beautiful lawn with huge trees, Tide pools. Truly one of the finer spots on any of the Islands.Hilo Town is a very special place. Not touristy like Honolulu, Maui and such, a real old Hawaii charm. Right now lava is flowing into the ocean, a sight to behold. Lava tours can be had.
