The Kee House is a custom built one-of-a-kind home in Key West. This listing includes both the main house, and the private guest suite (the entire property). The main house features three bedrooms- two on the main floor, and one on the second floor- all three with their own private full bathroom. There is an additional 4th full bathroom on the first floor, accessible from the pool deck. The home also offers 2 large family rooms.The guest suite is located above the garage and has a private entrance, and is also accessible from a bridge from the main house. The guest suite features a large living/sleeping area, kitchen, and full bathroom. Both the main house and the guest suite offer laundry facilities. Many rooms offer outstanding views of Riviera Canal.This property also features a custom designed Koi pond, screened-in pool with outdoor dining and lounging space, a large yard, and kayaks which are available for guest use. There is ample parking for approximately 6 vehicles on the property. Guests will have access to the entire property with the exception of the garage and a locked closet. We will be available leading up to, during, and after your stay to ensure your entire experience is top-notch! We can be available to meet in person if there are complications, but will otherwise leave you and your guests alone to enjoy your stay.The home is located on a very quiet, secluded and private cul-de-sac street. The home is also boarded on two sides by Riviera Canal. Located on the east end of Key West, near Stock Island, there is public transportation available, Uber, Lyft, and many amenities are within walking distance. Concierge service available including pre-arrival stocking of groceries, beverages. Additional services including coordination of catering, floral or other decoration or special event coordination.
