While we expect this to be a net positive to everyone (more sand and larger beaches), there is a small chance that your closest beach access point may be impacted during your stay.The city hasn’t provided any further information on more precise dates, scheduling, or sequencing. But you can stay informed with the latest by visiting the City of Folly Beach’s website.Please note that our office does not have any more information than what is posted online, and we are not responsible for any beach disruptions caused by the re-nourishment during your stay.NotesYou must be at least 25 Years old to rent this home.Contactless Check-In: This home offers a KEYLESS ENTRY SYSTEM, and we will provide the code before your arrival date.There is plenty of parking in the driveway and carport.We do not provide beach equipment, but anything available at the property is yours to use.Check-in time: 4 pm. Check-out time: 10 am.The Folly Beach NOISE ORDINANCE is from 10 pm to 8 am.One pet considered up to 40lb well-trained, non-shedding (no puppies or cats). Our office must approve it before you arrive. Upon approval, a $150 (plus tax) per pet non-refundable pet fee is due before you come. The fee will be added if you still need to get on your reservation. Once this is done and the fee is paid, you will be good to go to bring your pet. Emotional support animals, comfort animals, and therapy dogs are not service animals under Title II, and Title III of the ADA and are subject to approval and fees before arrival.No smoking is allowed in or outside of the house.House parties, weddings, functions, events, bands, DJs, etc., are prohibited.The occupancy can be at most 4 people at any time during your stay.We require 50% payment at the time of booking. This will help avoid any violations with the FB police that can result in fines and revoke the homeowner’s business license.Suppose the occupancy is misrepresented or a disturbance is reported at the property. In that case, we reserve the right to terminate your rental agreement and will require that you vacate the property immediately without a refund.
