Oversized vehicles, trailers, and RVs are not permitted. There are several spots on the island that allow overnight parking.Guests will be required to sign a rental agreement with Coastal Wave Properties. Guest Instructions will be sent 7 days prior to arrival provided the agreement is signed and all payments are made. If you need information prior to this we are happy to provide it. We use a booking system called OwnerRez and you will see communication coming through this system.Guests access our home with a keypad and will enjoy a contact-free check-in.Damage Protection is included with this rental but guests are responsible for damages in excess of the policy.There is a $150 credit card hold for the security deposit. You will be notified if there are any charges and it is released 10 days after you depart.We use email communication for signing our lease and guest instructions. Please be sure to provide an email address that you will have access to and that you can check regularly. We also use text messaging to send you the door code and for other communication if needed. Please provide a mobile phone number that you will have with you during your stay.We recommend that our guests, for their protection, purchase trip insurance.
