Key West Cabana welcomes you to our quaint 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom home with large private pool, assigned parking for 2 cars, outdoor flat screen TV’s, 2 lounge areas, custom outdoor bar with refrigeration, just steps to World Famous Duval Street and quick access to many favorite eateries along the Old Town corridor.Nestled on Petronia Street between Simonton and Duval Street Key West Cabana offers guests a prime location to enjoy their stay in Key West. No car? No problem, you’re in walking distance to everything! If you do bring a car we do have two assigned parking spaces next to the unit. Lounge by the pool and BBQ or have delivery, the options are endless.The floor plan is great for families, work from home types or those who just wish to take in the sites.The single level open floor plan has a spacious living / dining area with formal dining for up to 8 guests. A breakfast bar between kitchen and dining area allows for additional space for dining or a convenient work cove location. The living room has 2 sofas (one is a sofa sleeper) and additional sitting chair and has a large 65″ flat screen smart tv.Both bathrooms are full bathrooms. One is an en-suite for the master bedroom and has a shower and vanity. The guest bathroom has a shower/tub combo with double vanity and is host to the full size washer & dryer.The bedrooms are oversized and offer spacious closet space and storage. The master bedroom has a king size bed and 45″ flat screen smart tv. The guest bedroom features 2 full size beds and 42″ flat screen smart tv. Both bedrooms have French doors that allow access to an additional patio perfect to enjoy your morning coffee.The main entry / pool area has a large recently resurfaced 15 x 10 pool, 2 outdoor flat screen fire stick TV’s, spacious custom bar, outdoor refrigerator, conversation lounge set & table, fully fenced for privacy and the sun deck has full sun most of the day. (Pool heat is available for additional fee 11/1-5/1 annually.
