Enjoy a relaxing and fun getaway in this cozy and unique 1 bedroom 1 bath apartment, located downstairs in a 4 bedroom house. This private apartment is ideal for couples, solo travelers, or small groups who want to explore the beauty and history of Mystic. House is walking distance (1 mile) to downtown Mystic, including to the famous movie Mystic Pizza as well as 20 minutes from both Foxwoods and Mohegan Sun Casinos as well as many other local attractions including Mystic Seaport, Mystic Aquarium and Jonathon Edwards Winery.This 1 bdrm/1 bath apartment can accommodate 4 adult guests. The bedroom has a queen-sized bed, dresser, and closet. The bathroom is brand new and has a walk-in shower. The living area has a bar style eating area for 4 with smart TV and a sofabed that sleeps 2 (450 lb max). There is also a futon that can fold out and fit one-split the kids up if you desire they’ll thank you for it! Bed linens and pillows are available for all beds. The kitchen is full sized and has all standard amenities. You can also enjoy your meals outside on the patio with a view of the yard where you can relax and enjoy the wild animals that often shows up in the yard (deer, turkey, squirrels, rabbits etc!)A washer and dryer IS downstairs as part of this unit and is available, please just let me know. Please sign the guest door in the hallway! (Add a pin on where you’re from ;)House sits on an acre of land with a nature reservation behind it. House is on a very peaceful street although just minutes from downtown (1 mile walk if you’re so inclined!). Firepit and basketball court are all available for your use.Upstairs is 1 tenant (Sarah) and sometimes myself and we are more than happy to answer any questions you may have-Please note your space is strictly downstairs.
