Our family owned unit has a new King in the master suite, brand new king in the guest bedroom and a queen sleeper sofa in the living room. The property has a Mexican tile floor in the living area’s adding to the Island feel. Newly renovated kitchen in 2022. The fabulous pool and Jacuzzi are in close proximity to the location. For the Tennis enthusiast you have access to the only clay court on the island and 2 other hard courts.1800 Atlantic is directly on the Atlantic ocean in Key West, adjacent to Smathers Beach the City Beach with a variety of watersports activities available.The property itself features assigned parking for a regular sized vehicle. One of the few places you are not required to pay for parking.The Island amenities are a stones throw away.
