There are only a few homes in the Shipyard with a view like this! Most of the Shipyard has views of other units balconies and aren’t as private. There really is nothing like sitting on our balcony and watching the activity at the park and the ocean.If you’re coming for any of the events that Key West offers you can see the parades from our balcony! Fantasy Fest, Speed Boat races and many others are right in front of you.Welcome to your home away from home and enter through the canopy of trees to the secure, patrolled Shipyard Condominium’s in the desirable Truman Annex Complex. We are one of the few in the Shipyard with an ocean view.
