Inside, you’ll find original pickled cypress walls and heart pine floors, but modern amenities; HDTV, Keurig & conventional coffee pots, in unit washer/dryer, wifi & printer, mini split HVAC, updated zero entry bath & more. Walk to the Village restaurants and shops or just cross the street to the number one beach in the U.S. with powder white sand. One large bedroom with queen bed.One week minimum rental in peak season, 5 days off season.Ideal for one person or 2 people MAX (no additional overnight guests please). ONE pocket-book sized dog considered (under 20 pounds).
