Situated right at the base of River Run Village, we are only steps to the Gondola, Restaurants and Shopping at River Run Village. Want to checkout Breckenridge, ABasin or Copper Ski Resorts? There is easy access to summit stage bus taking you to all of those spots without a car! When at home, Enjoy the breathtaking views of Snake River Basin and Ten Mile Range from inside of our unit!The Space:Inside:Our 1/1 w/ jacuzzi hot-tub and serene views, will be everything you need for a mountain getaway. With a gas fireplace and basic kitchen amenities, you’ll have everything you need for that cozy mountain retreat. The bedroom is equipped with a Queen bed and enjoy privacy with our split bathroom. The living room features incredible views with enough seating to spread out. In the hallway, we have a spacious bench for taking off gear and ample ski rack and storage!Outside:The walkability is incredible! Walk to the Gondolas, Ski & Snow Boarding Rentals, as well as the Restaurants & Shopping in River Run Village. There is a kids playground and iceskating rink (during winter months) that is also just a few hundred yards away.The washer and dryer is located within the building. Its just 2 floors down and in the main lobby area. You will also find a very small gym in the main lobby area. It’s not much but will do the trick for those who need to keep their workout routine. 1 parking space is available for your stay. Please do not bring 2 cars as parking is scarce in Keystone.***Please note! The kitchen is galley style and is a kitchenette. It has European (smaller) appliances and is not built for assembling large meals. There is not a ton of counter space but find it to be very functional for everyday use.Guest Access:We will send you check-in instructions 48 hours before your stay.The Neighborhood:This condo is in River Bank Lodge, which is located in the heart of Keystone, in front of River Run Village. The village, situated at the base of Keystone’s ski slopes, is home to tons of restaurants, bars, shops, and activities, and plays host to a year-round schedule of festivals and outdoor concerts. We’re also very close to several other ski areas: 8 minute drive to Arapahoe Basin, 30 minutes to Breckenridge and Copper Mountain, 45 minutes to Vail or accessible by bus!Getting Around:Once you arrive, you will find shopping, dining, grocery stores, coffee shops, skiing and more, all within walking distance in the village. There’s also an Outlet Mall, many other restaurants, and surrounding shops in the Silverthorne/Dillon area, just a short 15 minute drive west from the village. Need transportation from the Airport or between ski resorts? Visit Epic Mountain Express or Summit Express for information on shuttles and other transportation services.Other Things to Note:The unit has only one designated parking space. Please only bring 1 car. Parking is scarce in Keystone. The washer and dryer are not in unit. They are located on the first floor of the building. The gym is very small. It has a few pieces of equipment. The unit is on the second floor and there is no elevator.THERE ARE NO PARTIES OR EVENTS ALLOWED. THIS IS STRICTLY ENFORCED.There is a neighborhood noise ordinance of 10pm. Please bring all noise inside after this time. This is a family neighborhood. Please be respectful of our neighbors.Pets are not allowed.PARKING:Your reservation includes one parking spot. We can only accommodate 1 vehicle.HEATWe have baseboard heating and a fireplace. Although, with all of the natural sunshine our unit gets, you will find the unit quite comfortable with just the fireplace.CHILD PROOFING: Guest understands that no special efforts have been made to “childproof” this house, and accept the risk or harm to any children/infants we allow on the property. We do have baby gates and outlet protectors. Guests may remove these before you arrive. We leave additional outlet covers in kitchen drawers.CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUTAfter confirming your booking, you’ll receive a text to download our app, DACK. Using the app, you can request early check-ins and late check-outs for an additional fee. While we can’t guarantee approval due to same-day check-ins and check-outs, we’ll do our best to accommodate your requests when possible.”TRAVEL INSURANCE/CANCELLATIONSWe HIGHLY recommend buying travel insurance through your airline company, car rental company, or a travel insurance website.
