The gourmet kitchen features brand-new luxury appliances, a breakfast bar with seating for three, a separate built-in coffee bar, a kitchen nook with seating for four, and access to the private deck. The laundry room is located just off the kitchen hallway with a full washer and dryer set, as well as storage. A half bathroom is located in the same hallway, just off the main entryway.194 Ryder Cup comfortably accommodates up to 10 guests in 4 bedrooms.
