Our air conditioned, quiet, 1 bedroom, 1 bath condo is in the heart of Kihei, directly across from Kamaole Beach Park II, one of the most beautiful paddle boarding, swimming, and snorkeling beaches on Maui. Our unit is in building D, facing the ocean. Situated in the heart of Kihei, restaurants, food stores, and gift shops are within easy walking distance.Kihei is a laid back beach town with a pace that will let you relax, clear your head, and just unwind in the beauty of Maui. Our condo is easily accessible with an elevator, and has everything your family needs to make your stay enjoyable with a Smart TV, in -unit washer and dryer, dual system air conditioner, WIFI, and free high speed cable internet access. Besides a comfy queen size bed, we have a brand new pull out queen sofa bed with memory foam mattress. Please note that the blue couch and rug in the living room pictures do not depict the new sofa. We hope to get updated pictures in ASAP. We hope you enjoy the new tropical look and enjoy the more comfortable sofabed. We also have beach towels, beach chairs, snorkeling equipment, boogie boards, and beach toys for the children. Our complex has two pools, a tennis court and BBQ grills. For golfers, we have three world class courses at Wailea just minutes away. For those who enjoy cooking your own meals, there is a health food grocery store within walking distance and Foodland, which is just under a mile north on S. Kihei Road. Bring back your groceries to prepare in your own fully equipped kitchen with a full size refrigerator, oven, microwave, and dishwasher. All dishes, cookware, and utensils are provided. If you want to eat out, there are plenty of great restaurants from fast food to fine dining, all very close.You are going to love the new dual zone A/C in both the front room and the bedroom. It is whisper quiet! We have a new sofa bed in living room, renovated kitchen and new drapes. Perfect place to come home to after a day at the beach or exploring the island.
