Kihei Bay Surf Studio #253 at the Kihei Bay Surf is an upstairs studio that can sleep 2. It has a fully equipped kitchen, a queen bed, and a separate full bathroom. Kihei Bay Surf Studio #253 also has Cable TV/DVD player, room unit air conditioning in the living room and ceiling fans as well. A new grey couch was purchased in August 2022 (very similar to couch in photo). Coin-operated laundry room on-site.Same day bookings and those arriving within 48 hours of making the reservation require a phone call to Rentals Maui for confirmation. Please note: This unit is on the second floor with no elevator available.Longer stays require additional terms and conditions. Please contact Rentals Maui for inquiries longer than 60 nights.Kihei Bay Surf is located in North Kihei across the street from the Whale Sanctuary, Kalepolepo Beach, and an ancient Hawaiian fishpond.Kihei Bay Surf has a large pool, hot tub, tennis court, gas grills, and a coin-operated common laundry area. Whale watch, windsurf, walk the beach, and enjoy the most amazing sunsets imaginable. The Kihei Bay Surf is centrally located to shops and restaurants, and is just minutes from the championship golf courses of Wailea and Makena. This is one of the best values in Kihei.** Important Update: A construction project is scheduled for April through July 2024 (estimate). The work will consist of removal of the old roof and solar panels, and installation of the new roof and solar panels. Work is allowed Monday-Saturday from 8am-5pm. Equipment will be staged throughout the complex as they work on each section of the roof. This work will consist of loud construction days.
