If you throw a party, trash the space, damage the unit, disrespect the property, or have a gathering with extra guests that are not reported in the initial booking, you are going against the house rules. Any of these actions will result in a fine of $250 and any other applicable fees in order to fix what has been damaged. Our property has a device that monitors noise levels, as well as cameras on the exterior of the home, to ensure safety and compliance of the house rules.CLEANINGOur cleaning fee is based on a courteous guest (e.g. someone who cleans up after themselves, puts used dishes in the dishwasher, leaves the place how they found it). This is NOT a hotel. If the housekeeping crew discovers an unreasonable mess post-checkout, we will charge an additional fee of $100.EXTRA TOWELS/LINENSPlease understand that our housekeeping crew needs to cover a great number of units per day and within a short window of time. To accommodate busy schedules, they often leave CLEAN linens in the dryer.
