Please remember that you’re staying in a private residence in an upscale residential neighborhood with families and kids, not a hotel. Please treat my home with the same respect you would your home. If any problems arise, I will do my best to take action ASAP.4. The entire city of Alexandria is a pet-friendly community and you may run into other neighbors’ pets during your stay while strolling about the neighborhood.5. This is a 3 level home so one must climb stairs to reach the upper bedroom areas.6. Absolutely no parties or events. This property is equipped with a noise sensor. Please see house rules.7. The bedroom with the 2 full-size beds on the 3rd floor has a sloped ceiling.8. EV Charger: If using the EV charger, guests should bring their own extended cable.9.
